PostgreSQL Conference Europe is by far the largest PostgreSQL conference in Europe.
Great Content Everywhere
The conference covers a wide range of topics, as we expect talks ranging from internals discussions led by leading developers to end-user case-studies from small companies as well as large multinational corporations and government organisations, all who run their businesses on PostgreSQL.
The conference will run multiple parallel tracks, covering the different technical levels to make sure there is always something interesting for everybody.
…and let's not forget the all important hallway track full of caffeine infused discussions with interesting peers from the community. We also run after hours social events at which the hallway track lasts all night.

Community Events Day
Friday October 23 will host a number of events organised by the wider community.
To attend these events you'll heed to have purchased the Community Events Day add-on or ticket when registering for the conference.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
PostgreSQL Conference Europe 2026 is proudly a Sunflower-friendly event. There will be a HD Sunflower balloon arch with bunting and information so attendees can learn more about it.
Lanyards are available at the registration desk for anyone who wants to signal that they have a hidden disability and might need a little extra time and understanding. All our staff and volunteers will follow Hidden Disability training.

Conference Buddies
The PostgreSQL Europe Diversity Committee is introducing a Conference Buddy Program at PGConf.EU 2026 to help attendees feel welcome, make connections, and get the most out of their conference experience.
Participants in the Buddy Program will wear special buttons to make it easier to find and connect with each other.
- Buddies will wear a distinctive badge so you can easily recognize someone who is happy to help, answer questions, or introduce you to others.
- Attendees who are new or would appreciate some support can wear a different badge to show that they'd welcome a friendly connection.
Need a buddy? You can join at the conference!
If you arrive at PGConf.EU and decide you'd appreciate a buddy, simply pick up a Buddy Program badge at the registration desk.
Then look for Cornelia Biacsics, our Chief Buddy, who can help connect you with an available buddy (via conference organizers, LinkedIn or Telegram @cbiacsics).
Whether you need help finding your way around, meeting other attendees, or just want someone to have a coffee with, don't hesitate to reach out.

Over A Decade Of PostgreSQL
This year's conference is the 16th Annual PostgreSQL Conference Europe, and for this year we are going to Valencia, Spain. The conference is organised by PostgreSQL Europe, with participation from most of the PostgreSQL user groups around Europe, and is intended to be an important meeting and cooperation point for users both in and out of Europe.
PGConf.EU is a unique chance for European PostgreSQL users and developers to catch up, learn, build relationships, get to know each other and consolidate a real network of professionals that use and work with PostgreSQL.
The event is moved between major cities in Europe each year, to make it easy for as many people as possible to come to the conference. We have so far visited these cities:
