DataGrip is a core part of our ecosystem and revenue, but we currently lack a dedicated face to represent it to the outside world. We are looking for a Developer Advocate to take ownership of our public presence within developer communities and connect with our global users.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between our users and our product team. You will bring DataGrip to the center of the conversation by diving into online discussions, crafting advocacy content that provides value for years to come, and gathering the real-world feedback we need to build better tools. When we build and launch new database products, you will be involved in the product discussions from inception, leading the way.

The Mission

As a Lakebase Sales Specialist, you will partner with Account Executives and Solution Architects to drive enterprise adoption of Lakebase.
- Drive Usage & Revenue: Qualify, activate, and scale Lakebase consumption across key enterprise accounts.
- Target Technical Personas: Lead value-driven conversations with Developers, Platform Engineers, and Central IT.
- Power AI Workloads: Position serverless Postgres as the core foundation for real-time transactional applications and AI agent memory.
- Run Complex Overlays: Lead proof-of-value (POV) cycles, technical discovery, and C-level negotiations alongside core account teams.

What We Are Looking For

- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of quota overachievement.
- Proven experience selling operational databases (Postgres, MySQL, DBaaS) or cloud-native data infrastructure.
- Deep technical acumen: Comfortable whiteboarding application architectures, microservices, and AI/ML data pipelines.
- Specialist / Overlay Mastery: Skilled at co-selling with core Account Executives and navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
