PostgreSQL Conference Europe is a perfect opportunity for companies to reach out to users and developers of PostgreSQL, or to just give back to the community.

Our sponsorship program covers a wide range of levels, from cheap to big scale. While the levels for this year are set, we are always interested in discussing options if you have an idea for a specific way you would like to sponsor a future conference.

We will be accepting signups starting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 10:00, Valencia time .

Note! Bronze and Silver level sponsorship process can be completed within minutes, while other sponsorships will require a signed contract and invoice payment to be confirmed.

Vendor registration

Note! If your organization requires a vendor registration or similar process before they can complete an invoice payment, please make sure you complete this before signing up! We only provide vendor registration documents for sponsors - not for individual conference registrations.

Limited sponsorship levels

Note! Limited sponsorship levels (Platinum, Gold) are awarded on a first come first served basis based on contract signing date. Failure to pay the sponsorship invoice on time may lead to the sponsorship being canceled and moved to the back of the queue.

Community Day

This year’s conference also features a separate Community Day (Friday October 23), organised thanks to the generous contributions of our community members. Note! Community Day does NOT have separate sponsorship opportunities.

Sponsor attendee passes are vouchers, and are only valid for payment of a registration. They still require registration and are subject to availability just like any other registration.

VAT

PostgreSQL Europe has been VAT registered in France since 2016, all sponsorship invoices are subject to 20% VAT. For further information about VAT on our invoices, please see the VAT FAQ.
