The perfect opportunity to reach PostgreSQL users and developers, or to just give back

PostgreSQL Conference Europe is a perfect opportunity for companies to reach out to users and developers of PostgreSQL, or to just give back to the community.

Our sponsorship program covers a wide range of levels, from cheap to big scale. While the levels for this year are set, we are always interested in discussing options if you have an idea for a specific way you would like to sponsor a future conference.

Why Sponsor

PostgreSQL Conference Europe is the perfect opportunity for companies to connect with PostgreSQL users and developers — and to give back to the community.

Hiring in Postgres? The conference is an excellent place to meet skilled PostgreSQL professionals.

As the world moves towards open source, sponsoring the largest PostgreSQL conference in Europe is a powerful way to position your brand at the forefront of innovation.

Want your employees to learn from and interact with PostgreSQL leaders?

Sponsorship levels

Our sponsorship program covers a wide range of levels, from cheap to big scale. While the levels for this year are set, we are always interested in discussing options if you have an idea for a specific way you would like to sponsor a future conference. You can see the full list of benefits below.

Our current list of sponsors can be seen here.

Signing Up as PGConf.EU Sponsor

A community account https://www.postgresql.org/account/ is required to sign up as a sponsor, and to access the sponsor dashboard to claim benefits once confirmed.

If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one during the signup process.

The account used to sign up will become the initial manager of the sponsorship, but other persons and accounts can be added as co-managers once the sponsorship is confirmed.

Click Sign up as sponsor button below - it will take you through the registration process.

Note! Higher level (Platinum, Gold, Silver) sponsorships will require a signed contract and invoice payment to be confirmed, while lower level (Bronze) sponsorship is simplified and can be completed within minutes.

Vendor registration

Note! If your organization requires a vendor registration or similar process before they can complete an invoice payment, please make sure you complete this before signing up! We only provide vendor registration documents for sponsors - not for individual conference registrations.

Limited sponsorship levels

Note! Limited sponsorship levels (Platinum, Gold, Silver) are awarded on a first come first served basis based on contract signing date. Failure to pay the sponsorship invoice on time may lead to the sponsorship being canceled and moved to the back of the queue.

Community Day

This year’s conference also features a separate Community Day (Friday October 23), organised thanks to the generous contributions of our community members.

Note! Community Day does NOT have separate sponsorship opportunities.

Signing up on behalf of another company

We're happy to accept sponsorship sign-ups arranged by a third party (for example, an agency or contractor acting for the sponsoring business). However, to ensure the contract is enforceable and that all parties are properly bound by its terms — including trademark acknowledgements, Code of Conduct obligations, and data protection responsibilities — the following conditions apply:

  • The contract must be in the name of the sponsoring business, not the proxy or intermediary company.
  • The sponsoring business's registered business address and, where applicable, EU VAT number must be used on the contract and invoice.
  • The contract must be signed (or, for click-through agreements at lower sponsorship levels, accepted) by an authorised signatory of the sponsoring business itself — not by the proxy company on their behalf.

Invoices will be issued to the sponsoring business. If you have questions about this requirement, please contact us before beginning the sign-up process.
